  1. First of all, you have to open the main menu of your Mac and from there, open the "System Preferences". 
  2. As the menu list appears, look for the "Printers & Scanners" option and open it. 
  3. You'll see the name of your printer there, right-click on it and a menu box will appear on the screen.
  4. From the list of options, choose "Reset Printing System" and wait for further instructions.
  5. You'll be asked to fill in the username and security key to proceed further.
  6. Confirm the details by clicking on the "OK" button below and wait.
  7. You'll get a new list of available printers; press the "plus" button and wait for the "add a printer or scanner" option to appear.
  8. You'll see your Epson printer there, connect it and check if it's printing now or not.
